Hi there,

I'm greatly in need of assistance.

All of the contributions are posted. However, when I go to generate contribution statements, they ALL generate as $0.00.

I have double checked the dates and they are for calendar year 2013.

Which version of Powerchurch are you using ?

Are you showing dates and fund names then a zero amount?

I'm using v11.55.

Yes, that's exactly what it's showing. When I view personal profiles, their donations are listed under the contributions tab. I just can't seem to get the totals on the statements.

I'm only using the contributions module.

I should have been more specific ... is the report BLANK other than the name & address ??

If so, check your Contribution Fund setup, make sure all the funds are setup to show on the contribution report. There should be a checkmark next to include fund on statements.
