Good morning,
I would love some help in finding out if there is a report that I can do that will tell me
which "envelopes" donated money towards a Stewardship pledge but did not "pledge" ie..I did not add their pledge in Maintain pledges.

Is there such a report?

I was thinking the only way if not is to go through the envelope numbers one by one?

That would be two separate reports. The Selected Contributors report would show you who has given, the List of Contributors Who Have Not Pledged will give you those that have not pledged to that fund. To get the final list of people you are looking for, you would need to cross-check one against the other.

I have so many people that have contributed to a fund but never had the pledge ever added to their Envelope number.

Is there a way to process a report that will give me the envelope numbers/names of people who have paid towards a fund if they have not pledged towards it?

I processed a Contribution Fund Pledged/Unpledged Totals report and I'm assuming..hopefully correct that
the money in the unpledged column is money that people have given to that fund without pledging..
How can I find out who they are?

If you run the Posted Contributions report, set the dates you want to check, select the fund you want to review, check the Show pledge information and uncheck the rest.

You'll get a lot of info, but you'll definitely see who has pledged and who has not.

I have another question..

I had to reallocate a payment from one fund to another and I did that successfully however one of the funds now shows as paid double the amount.

In both funds the correct payment is shown..

How do I change the paid amount to what was actually paid?

This is an accounting question ... you should create a new topic under accounting. In that topic, list exactly how you 'reallocated' the payment.
