How do I move Contributions from one giver to another without messing everything up? I posted it under the wrong person without noticing.

You can't really move it. You will have to delete the posted Contribution and re-enter it.
Go to Contributions / View Posted Contributions, locate your error and REVERSE it and post. Then, re-enter the correct information.

Will I have to mess with anything in accounting since it is just moving from one person to another? The amounts are staying in the same receivable account.

When I reversed a contribution this way, with the "reverse" button (version 11.5), the system reversed the contribution in the "income" account and the "checking" account but did not remove the contribution info from the individual contribution statement. The only way I found to reverse everything is to enter a negative contribution with the same contribution date, amount (negative) and family. Then enter the correct information.

This is incorrect ... the reverse button when used in Contributions, will create a negative entry for the contributor, and the incorrect entry should no longer appear. It basically does what entering a reverse amount does through the Contributions Entry.
You would then enter the contributions entry for the correct envelope.
When you then
Post Contributions to Funds Accounting the system will create the proper transactions for Funds Accounting. In this case, it may not create any transactions since the amounts cancel each other out. I've not tested this.
Since you are not changing the fund the money is going to, you could just post to Contributions Only, and this will fix the statements, and not touch Funds Accounting, which is probably the best way to do this.
Final Tip: Always do a complete backup prior to doing any change so you can revert back if what you expect to happen, doesn't !

Thanks for the correct response.
I had already done this prior to the response, and when it printed the contributions that I had finalized, it printed a blank paper.

Hate to disagree with you NeilZ but I have two examples where this is exactly what happened. One was my very own reversing transaction. I made a $400 donation to the wrong fund on Dec 17, 2013 in the contribution module. I realized it as soon as I completed posting the transactions. I then reversed it using the "reverse" button as described above. Then entered the correct contribution for $400 with the right fund. Now my 2013 contribution statement shows both contributions to totally separate funds for a total of $800 on Dec 17, 2013.

The most common problem that people have with this process is for some reason, they either delete the unposted reverse that PowerChurch creates, or they modify the unposted reverse to change it into the correction.
The proper process is to leave the reversal contribution alone. The only way it will be able to reverse anything is if it is posted as a mirror image/photo negative of the original contribution. Then enter a second, completely separate contribution that uses the correct information.
Take a look on the Contributions > View Posted Contributions screen and see if you have three distinct contributions related to the reversal/correction process that didn't work. You should have the incorrect original contribution, then a reversal of that original contribution, then the third should be the correction.
If you have the original and the exact reversal that PowerChurch made, it will not show on the statement.

After further investigation as you suggested, I stand corrected. I did not reverse in the contributions module but in the fund accounting module. therefore no correction was entered in the contributions. Thankfully, the 2 examples that I referenced above were my own which doesn't present a problem and a previous member who did not otherwise contribute in 2013 and therefore did not receive a statement. Thank you for the correction and to NeilZ who tried to set me straight beforehand.

what if you accidentally delete the reverse before posting?

Then you are safe to reverse it again.
