Contributions not posting to correct fund

I have noticed that some contributions that I posted, and they do show up in the statement, are not being applied to the fund they are allocated for.

Can anyone help?

OK, I'm going to assume that you mean that when you post accounts, the transaction that is created for Funds Accounting is incorrect. The only reason that contributions are not being posted to the proper fund account is that the Contribution Fund is not setup correctly. I'd check the Contribution Fund to see what Income account is setup for that fund.
