Software Only Is E-mailing to Pledges
I e-mailed quarterly contribution statements recently for the first time in PowerChurch. The software only sent to pledged contributors. I want to send to ALL contributors. I saw a thread on this topic when searching the forum, but it ended before a resolution was posted. How can I make it send to everyone? (Note: I AM selecting "all contribution statements" not "pledge statements" from the reports list and the box "print statement only if a balance is due on a pledge" IS unchecked.) Thanks!!

What options did you place on the statements? For example, did you limit it to only certain contribution funds?

I did not limit it only to pledges and it did not print an unsent report. I figured out by the "sent" report that all nonpledges did not go through. Other thoughts?

I take it that you've tried running the statements, and just letting it default to print. You can then look to see what's produced. I take it that all statements are there?new0423song wrote:I did not limit it only to pledges and it did not print an unsent report.
