Hello everyone!
I have a situation that is making me crazy! I read through several old threads with this scenario and nothing I change in the database seems to work.
I have one person, a recent widow, whose contribution statement (or any contribution report for that matter) lists her as "(Widow's name) & Family". I have tried EVERYTHING to get that "& Family" off of there as she is the only one in her household now and I have run out of options. Anyone have any other ideas? I would like to get this fixed before I email her statement.
Here is what I have checked and changed, if needed, all to no avail:
*Running PC+ version 11.1 on a Windows 7 platform
*Checked File > preferences > adding new families > include "add Family" in mailing name is unchecked
*On her personal profile, she was listed as directory sequence # 2, changed that to #1. Deceased husband is #99. She is listed as member-active, widow/widower and the Adult button shows Y
*The salutation shows her first name, family key shows her first and last names.
*There are only 2 listed with her envelope #, her deceased husband and her.
What am I missing?
Help, before I go off the deep end!
Thanks!!
Denise

Go to her husband's personal profile, and remove the envelope number.compresby486 wrote:Hello everyone!

No problem, its usually the easiest fix that gets overlooked.compresby486 wrote:Wow do I feel stupid!
