In 11.5, is there a way to reformat the contributions statement where the ascending dates and amounts go down vertically instead of going across horizontally? Also, is there a way to show the dates/week that no offering was given?

The standard reports, which the Contribution Statement is, are basically hardcoded. You could use the Full Fund Details to get all the details scrolling down the page.

As far as those dates where nothing was given, the contribution statement is exactly that, a statement of Contributions given. The system really does not know what days are Sundays (or Mondays for that matter) as any day could be a day when a collection is given.
So it could be very hard to show days when nothing was given.
