Vanco reporting "No Transactions" when there are .

I am trying to import contributions from Vanco and I am getting the following: "No transactions are available for import."
I have emails with 4 transactions showing, why are they not importing?

Do the transactions showing in Vanco have deposit dates, or are they not yet fully processed? PowerChurch won't import them until they have successfully hit the bank.

Two of the four have already processed through to the bank.

It sounds like you will need to speak with a technician about this. If you can gather some examples of those that are not importing and give us a call at (800) 486-1800. There is a diagnostic process that we can run to give our developers some information to work with to research the specific entries that you are missing.
