I have one contributor (member of our community...not church) that gave to the memorial funds of two gentleman who passed away recently. My counters created separate profiles for the person and now she has two envelope numbers. Is it possible to combine the data from both accounts into one? I noticed the "Reassign Envelope Number" option under the Contributions section. Is this what I use to correct this situation?

In Version 11.55, there is a Merge Duplicate Profiles utility under Membership > Personal Profiles > Setup.

In Versions 11 and prior, it is a manual process, documented in the Knowledge Base article linked below:
