contribution range report errors

I am trying to do a contribution range report. It appears I am doing something incorrectly. I want to determine giving units within the range of envelope boxes currently being distributed.

But not matter what date I use, Jan 2004 to Dec 2004; Jan 2005 to Sept 2005; Jan 2003 to Dec 2003; the report comes up with the same exact number in all cases. I am using the range of envelope numbers that is correct and I just have one fund number I am looking at so that number is the same in both boxes.

I have used this report before and it was working OK several months ago.
I am using ver 9.0

Any help would me most appreciated!!

I just tried it on my test system ... and I'm not seeing the problem here. Have you tried doing a reindexing before running the report ??

Neil:

I did a reindex. Still getting envelope numbers the same number for all 3 time ranges originally mentioned.

Thanks for your help.

OK .. the obvious next question is: Have you have new members to the system within that range, or have you been reusing old numbers from people who have moved ??

I would also do an envelope number report to validate the numbers in use currrenty.
