Year End Statement Name

I cannot seem to change the name on a year end statement. For example, Mr. and Mrs. Smith were a contributing couple. Their year end statement read "John and Mary Smith". John passed away. I have changed his profile to read deceased. I have changed the integrated data to read as "Mary Smith". And yet, the Year End Statement still reads as "John And Mary Smith" at the top in the name and address section.
What do I need to change to exclude John's name from the year-end statement?

Change John's envelope number to ZERO. I suspect that you still have the same number for both the widow, and the deceased.
