Contribution Envelopes Labels

What is the best way to print the labels for the boxes of envelopes for next year?
You can print mailing labels from under Contributions > Print Mailing Labels. In Version 12, one of the options is Names & Envelopes, which would print only the name and envelope on the label.
Otherwise, when printing regular mailing labels from Contributions, there is a checkbox option on the screen to optionally include the envelope number on the label.
