Printing Labels for each contribution report

I am searching for a way to print a "mailing label" for each contribution statement. We have in the past just put the envelopes on a table for pickup by the contributors, and if they are not picked up - we will mail them. I'd rather not have to print a label for all contributors - only the folks who have contributed in 2017. Thanks in advance!!!

We just ordered double window envelopes that show the person's address, with the church address showing as the return address.
