I am trying to email out the 2017 offering statements and am getting the following error.
Program: FRM_COPRN8.CREATEPDF
Line: 95
ERROR: 1429
MESSAGE: OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from SAP Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer: Error in File: Missing or out-of-date export DLL

When I click the OK the program crashes.
I am running on a Windows 10 machine.

New information. This problem does not happen on my laptop which is also running Windows 10.

Tom .. try running the NetSetup12.exe on the desktop again. This will re-register the DLLs, and usually fixes such issues.

Did that already with no success. Now in email contact with PC directly and they are working on it.

Will do. This is very similar to the problem I had running reports when I first loaded V12 on this computer.

The email problem was resolved with the latest MR for V12. Turns out it was an issue with Crystal Reports V13 which was still being used to generate the PDF for emailing offering statements.
