We've been using Vanco and importing contributions for close to a year now. It's worked great and love the connection. However, I have a situation when during an import a link between the Vanco member ID and a contributor's envelope ID was incorrect - i.e. inked to wrong envelope ID. How do I change that so that it will import correctly the next time the individual makes a donation?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to update this directly in the software. The change would have to be made in the database behind the scenes. We can help with that. Just give tech support a call at (800) 486-1800.
