How do I get rid of an unposted total contribution

In the Contribution module, it tells me that I have a total unposted and then it gives the total. How do I get rid of this total and get it back to 0.
The unposted total showing on that screen is telling you there are unposted contributions. You can run the Unposted Contributions report found under Contributions > Reports - Contributions. You can also have a look in Contributions > Modify Unposted Contributions.
In most cases, you would get rid of this total by posting the contributions (Contributions > Post Contributions). If these unposted contributions are unwanted/duplicates, they can be deleted individually from the Modify Unposted Contributions screen instead.
