Electronic signature on donation receipts

I have successfully imported the signature of our Assistant Treasurer to use on the tax receipt.
I just finished printing 1050 and the signature only showed up on 1/2 of them. Why would this happen?

I'm going to ask a question to see if my first thought is true. Are the ones that don't have the signature have more entries on the page, than the ones that do?
If so, I suspect that the size of the signature graphic is to blame.
