email "no such user"

I've sent contribution statements regularly for years, but now the don't go. It says "no such user" after each member. The names and emails look fine, just the "no such user" after each one. Thoughts anyone?

Is this happening with every email being sent? What are you using for your email host? Are you sure nothing has changed with that setup? Conversely, perhaps you're getting rejected by the receiving email system. Is this happening with only certain email hosts?

Frankly, without seeing the EXACT email error message, email systems, etc .. we can't give you any assistance.

It affected all of them.

I tried to attach a report, but I don't see a way to attach.

Each line says "550 <username_comcast.net@mt.powerchurchsoftware.com> No such user here"

That's what we needed. Do you see that @mt.powerchurchsoftware.com ??

Are you using Powerchurch Online ??

Then I would check your email setup in Powerchurch to make sure its the same as what you use for Outlook or other local email program. Something changed in the settings.

I would check with your ISP as there are settings that should be used for programs such as Outlook, Thunderbird, or other email programs.

That's what you need to find from your ISP. You cannot use the 'webmail.sover.net' as the mail server because that is browser based only.
