Effective 2006, our church will start receiving e-giving contributions by a draft of our member's checking or saving accounts. They could also be able to make their payment to their offering by debit or credit card. When entering contributions into PowerChurch, only cash or check are the only two means for recording. What would be the best means that we can use to post an e-giving offering? Any thoughts? I will appreciate your comments.

There isn't a way to handle this currently, but as it's becoming more popular, it's something we're thinking about. One way you could handle it in the short term would be to record it as a check and type "e-give" in the check number field (it's a 6 character alphanumeric field). If you get a reference number, you could use that too.
