Custom Deposit form possible w/ 9

I have deposit tickets that are "check" shaped. Is it possible to design a new form of output for the unposted contribution deposit ticket?

The 'deposit ticket' is really nothing more than a different way of producing the old adding machine tape that used to be sent along with the checks.

it was never intended to be an actual 'deposit slip', but as an aid in verifying the check entries, and final totals. Since it lists the names and amounts, its an easy way to verify the data entry on checks.

When we're ready for deposit, we just take the numbers from the final page of the 'slip' and manually add them to a regular deposit slip. We place the white copy of the deposit slip with the cash, and wrap the checks in the 'Deposit slip'.

In realiity, that takes less time that it would to line up a deposit slip for printing on a priinter. For us, we'd have to do that about 2 or 3 times.
