Sunday School Building & Generela Funds Collections

How does one show the monies that are collected from the various Sunday School Classes in which no names are to be found to post that money to?

Is there a way of just posting this money without assigning it to a particular name?

What we generally suggest is creating a profile, call it Loose Cash or whatever you want, and give it an envelope number. Now when you get that type of money enter it towards that Loose Cash profile. Here is an article describing the above.

This is exactly what we do at APC. All our member numbers start at 101, any number under 100 is a 'non-person' account. Thus 99 is for Loose Cash Offerings (or Lucy Cash as we call it), 98 is for Sunday School Collections, 97 is for the AA group offerings, etc.
