When I print my individual contribution statements, I selected to omit printing a statement for those that gave less than $25 for the year. At least, I attempted to, but those with less than 25 still generate a statement. What am I doing wrong? Or am I misunderstanding the option to this?

I trust you mean you selected the 'All Contributions Statements' report, and then used th selection critieria in that report to limit the report data.

How did you do the selection, that is, what were the entries you made on the selection screns?

I'm running V9 with the latest maintenance release.
Using the Contributions module, selected All Contribution statements; selected Summary; selected from 0 to 99999 envelope range; selected all but deceased and none for Personal Status; selected 'select people by amount given more than 25. I used default values for the remaining of the screens in order to get my statement reports.

You may also have to enter 25 in the 'or one time gift of ' block, because 9 times out of 10, the person who just visits one time will drop a check of less than 25 in the plate.

Neil, I want to thank you for your timely assistance. I inputted 25 in both locations as you suggested and it worked.
