Tax receipting an interest payment

We have issued interest cheques for member loans to the church, and this interest has been signed back to the church as a contribution. Basically the cheque is never cashed. How can I get this amount to show up on contribution statements. Is there a way?

Sure! Just enter a contribution for that person. If you're unsure of how that can be handled in Fund Accounting, post that contribution to "update the contributions module only." You can handle it however you'd like in your accouting at that point, since the transaction isn't being sent over from Contributions.
