Am trying to run 2 reports: Contributions for 2005 ~ AND ~ a report that shows everyone who gave Over $30.oo in 2005.
SEVERAL people are not grabbed / listed when I run reports ~ (They are not separated by being “Tagged” either; all my files are “Untagged”). *Even when I try to pull just THEIR data by their name and/or envelope number….it will NOT grab them…. I know of two (2) people not being grabbed, because they are the 2 ministers.
I cant tell how many other people arent being grabbed : (
help ? ! ~

The Contributions reports do not look at the Tag or "Include in Membership module reports" checkbox when you run them. To research your issue, look at Contributions -> View Posted Contributions and pull up the person you're not seeing in reports. Do they have contributions listed that match the criteria you're using to search? Do they show up there at all? That might help narrow down what the issue may be.

Ok, now that you've determined that there is data there, and they should, by all rights, be showing up on a report. It's possible your selection criteria may be too restrictive, and that's why you aren't getting what you expect.
Run a Selected Contributors report, and ONLY select envelope number and date range as your selection criteria (leave totals and funds set at their defaults). See if you get data for that report. If so, run the same report again, including the total amount and see if that causes it to change.
Do the same with the other reports you're running to see if maybe you have selection criteria that's causing you to return no data.
If you're still having trouble beyond that, you may need to give support a call. We're available Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Eastern at (800) 486-1800.

thank you so much for that. Yes ~ the names are in the results from Reports that are from the drop down menu / titlted, "Reports - Contributions". However, when EVER : ( I am running a Custom Report, so that I can dump into Excel, for example: All Tithes for 2005, it is still omitting the 2 ministers and our largest contributor ; (

And ~ to boot...? The ONLY Criteria that I am using is " Contribution Date ranges from 01/01/2005 to 12/31/2005....
Can You think of why it wouldnt pull Everyone?? Being that I am just using a date range ~ TO ~ grab everyone? : (
