I've gotten a strange new error message while working with Contributions. I am using Version 12.2 and the latest Mtce release has been updated.

I can enter Contributions in the system with no problem. When I try to post the contributions, I get this error message -
error (12.2020.3440)
PROGRAM:COPOST_IDKEY.CHECKTABLE
LINE: 141
ERROR: 5
MESSAGE: Record is out of range

I click OK and the program shuts down.

When I try to access Posted Transactions ,or post transactions - this error occurs -
error (12.2020.3440)
PROGRAM:opentables
LINE: 8
ERROR: 5
MESSAGE: Record is out of range

This has happened 3 times. Any suggestions?

Have you tried to run a REINDEX of the database? From the menu: Utilities -> Reindex. On the popup screen, leave it at the default 'all files' and click the OK button.

Make sure no one else is on the system.

I don't think I've ever used/seen that function. It did the trick -I'm back in business!
