Contributions Statements Error Message

When trying to print All Contribution Statements, I get a too many bad auth attempts error message. What do I do to correct this?
Sounds like you're trying to EMAIL the statements, as the printer wouldn't need authorization. If that's the case it sounds like your email setup is incorrect. Check this Knowledgebase article to see if you have it setup correctly:

If you're actually trying to PRINT the statements, we'll need more information about your setup. Are you using Powerchurch Online? If you're using the locally installed version of PCPlus, what version of WIndows are you using? Is this a networked, or standalone install?
Without more information, all we can do is guess at the cause.
