Profile Auditing Please

Post by RevWJones »

As a former user of Membership Plus, we benefited from the profile audit that tracked the date of the change, the change itself, as well as the user who made the change to any of the profiles. This facilitated process-improvement. Since moving to Power Church, we have not been able to locate that functionality within the profile and/or the family mailing list modules. Can someone please share with us a way to obtain this information?

If this information is not available through functionality or via a report, what is required so that PC can take this request serious?

In case no one else has experienced the problem we're encountering, its a major problem when there are multiple data-entry people, a loose set of control rules, and an administrator who's has much on his plate.

Listing that request here will probably have it added to the wish list. However, I think the problem is more the data-entry people and the loose set of rules. Tighten that up, and you'll have less of an issue with having to track who made changes.

What is the main issue?? People changing names, informaiton without source data, or just sloppy data entry ??
