When entering contributions for July 2006, I changed the working month to July, however, when entered each deposit, I used 06 (June) instead of 07 (july). I didn't notice this until the end and they have all been posted.
When I posted, it asked if I want it posted to July and I hit enter. How do I correct this? When I do a funds report...it shows in June.

If you have access to the database manager, the following step will allow you to make this change directly in the database.
* IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE GETTING STARTED *
Go to Utilities > Database Manager
Type the following commands:
use co
(click run command)
replace all date with {mm/dd/yyyy} for date = {mm/dd/yyyy}
- the first date should be the right date, the second date should be the wrong date.
(click run command)
You will see a number of replacements at the top left of the screen.
Exit the database manager. Run some reports and check to make sure the change is satisfactory. If not, restore the backup and try again!
If you aren't comfortable doing this type of thing, the alternative to this fix is to use the Contributions > Delete Old Data function.
* A BACKUP HERE IS ALSO RECOMMENDED! *
When asked for a date range, specify the incorrect date in both the from and to fields.
Once the contributions for that week have been deleted, reenter them with the correct date.
Again, if you aren't comfortable with that, give us a call in Technical Support and we will walk you through one of the above options.
