Paperless Payment Issues

I just setup paperless payment on Power Church. Downloaded first contribution. However, I can't find that it posted anywhere. I went to post contributions and it says there are no records to post. If I go back through the process paperless payments says it has already finished downloading. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks.

Two questions:
1. were there actually donations to download, and
2. if you run an unposted contributions report, does it say anything ??
Yes

May not be a bad idea to call Powerchurch directly on this in real time. This sounds like there will be a Q&A interchange going on so they can figure what (or where) the problem is.

I've got the same problem here. Paperless Payments told me it wasn't their fault, the problem is with PowerChurch.
We need a fix on this ASAP or we'll be dropping the software.

There have been several issues found and fixed with Paperless Payments importing over the last year. Have you contact PowerChurch Support regarding this problem? There may be a problem with your data that would need to addressed to get the import to work.

I emailed PowerChurch Plus support about this. Waiting for a reply right now. Do you have any links to problems and their solutions? Thanks.

I hope you contacted Powerchurch by phone, or they got back to you by now. From Jeff's response, it seems that there may be some data corruption that needs to be addressed, and that type of fix is one that there may not be a 'pat' answer or series of steps to fix it.

Hi all,
Just wanted to see if there was closure on this issue. We are looking into using paperless payments and knowledge that this issue was resolved would be helpful in our decision making process.
Thanks

This sounds like it may have been an isolated case due to data corruption. Since we've not heard anything from anyone else having problems here, it doesn't seem to be a major issue.]]

Looking back into the support logs, Tim was instructed to download the latest Maintenance Release for version 10. Since we haven't heard anything back in support or on the forum here, we assume that fixed his problem.
