prepaid pledges

How do I show on the contribution statement money given in 2006 that applys to their 2007 pledge? A prepaid pledge? :roll:
The contribution itself should show on their 2006 statement.
The pledge, however, will include the amount in the "actual" portion of the Pledge Summary on the 2007 statement.
