We currently have Windows XP with PowerChurchPlus 8.5. I need to send out 1st Quarter Statements for contributions. Did a test print and fold to window envelopes and need to remove phone number from church information in order to have better line-up in envelope. Need to know how to remove this phone number on this report. I tried to remove it from the Church Information in the preferences area, but it still showed on the report.

you might need to reindex and restart the program for the changes to take affect, but that is the only place to change or remove the phone number.
