I restarted PCV10 using Windows XP. I had already posted contributions for Jan - Jun. How to I get these contributions to post/show up in the accounting module? They are still showing up on year to date reports,
Thanks,
Scott

FWIW ... I'm assuming that the 'year to date' reports you're talking about are contribution reports.Rolling Prairie wrote:I restarted PCV10 using Windows XP. There is no automoated way to get these previously posted contribution transactions back into the accounting module. You'll have to do the debiting and crediting to the various Fund Accounts by hand, as once they are posted from the Contributions module there is no way to undo the posting.

Thanks for your reply. It wasn't the answer I was hoping for but now I know how to take care of the contributions.
I was talking about contribution reports.
Thanks again

I thought so. FWIW ... there is no direct link between the Contributions Module and the Fund Accounting, except through Contributions Posting, and that connection is one way only. As you noticed, you can restart Fund Accounting, but not lose any Contributions data.Rolling Prairie wrote:Thanks for your reply.
