When I print annual statements the total general fund amount does not agree with the actual amount shown in the pledge summary. Some years ago support gave me the following commands to correct this: use co, enter, repl all pledge_no with 0, enter, Do co-pledgesearch enter. I tried it this year with version 10 and got error message "pledgesearch does not exist" What should I do?

With version 9 & 10, the pledgesearch program is actually a menu option, Search For Contributions Not Applied To a Pledge.

After replacing all pledge_no with 0, simply exit the Database Manager, then go to Contributions and choose Search For Contributions Not Applied To a Pledge.
