Contribution email transfers

Contributions clerk records weekly offerings at home.
Then, sends the backed up Contributions file via email to me.
She then posts it on her machine.
I restore it on Church's machine.
Then, post to Accounting on Church's machine.

My question is: Does each Contributions backup file contain all the Contributions data since the start of the year, or just the unposted data?

The reason for asking this is that she has made a change after she sent me the data for Feb. 10, and I want to know if I have to manually make a change at my end, or if the next Contributions backup file will contain the change (even though she will have posted it on her machine by then.).

The backup she sends you will have all Contributions history, posted or not.

You shouldn't need to make the change on your end, unless it is a change that needs to happen on the Fund Accounting side. Since she has already posted her changes in Contributions, there won't be an automatic transfer of information to Fund Accounting on your end. You would need to enter the Fund Accounting side manually.

Thanks Zorak
I'm thinking that I've already received one file from her (with one contribution unposted) and I've posted it to Fund Accounting, then if she sends me another copy, I'll post it a second time. I'll look at the View Posted transactions in Fund Accounting, and if I have two for the same date, I'll delete (reverse) one.
