Hi,
I would like to know if there is a way to modify or change a posted contribution. For example A made a contribution of $20. and I entered $200. and posted it. How can I change that or modify that to reflect the actually amount.?

To reverse or correct a Contribution that has already been posted, simply enter the same contribution again, only with a negative dollar amount (-180). make sure that the date and all other fields are exactly as they were when the original contribution was entered.

When the negative contribution is posted, it will reverse the original entry down to $20 as the total for that contributor, fund, and date.
