I just ran Contribution Statements for the period 1/1/08 - 6/30/08. Everything went fine, except for one statement. The member pledged $330 monthly, so the Pledge Summary section accurately indicates that the amount pledged is $1,980 ($330 x 6). However, the actual amount shown is only $1,650. What's interesting is that the amount shown for the same fund (Pledged general fund) in the Fund Summary section correctly shows an actual amount given of $1,980. The contributions for the individual dates add up to $1,980 as well. Why would the summary section be off by $330?

Go to Contributions > Search For Contributions Not Applied To a Pledge.

(this is only an option in v9 and higher)

This process will search through all of the posted Contributions history and compare to the pledge history, looking for any Contributions that may not be properly applied to their pledge.
