Hello
Is it possible to produce a mail merge file for those people who have not yet contributed their pledged amount so that a reminder letter can be sent? I would like to include name, address, pledged amount and actual contributed amount for our fiscal year.

Currently, it is not possible, but we have added this to the wishlist for Version 11 development.

However, you can probably create a custom report that will extract this information for you, you can then save that to a file that can be used for a mail merge.
