Date Range on Pledged/Unpledged Summary Report

When you run the Contribution Fund Pledged/Unpledged Summary Report, you can specify the date range to use. However, this range is not printed on the report similar to most of the other reports. Is there any way to add this date range so that it prints out on report?

Not without some program changes, but I suspect that the developers could add it to the wish list.
