Individual Contribution Statement date range
Our fiscal year is not the calendar year, but for contributor statements we use the calendar year. When we proceed to print individual contributor statements, PC+ prompts 1-1-08 to 12-31-08. For 2009 we would like PC+ to prompt 1-1-09 to 12-31-09. Even in January 2009, we still get the 2008 dates. I cannot seem to find a way to correct this? Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

In January, the statement printing routines default to the the prior year. Starting February 1, the routines will default to 2009.
The thought is most people right now are printing statements for 2008, so we default those dates during the first month of the year. So if you want to print statements for 2009, you will have to change the dates to 2009.

Thanks. That makes sense. We are not a church, but a missions ogranization. We receipt each contribution. Our problem will disappear with the coming of February.
