Are all users of Paperless Payments having the same problem as we are this month, Jan. 2009?
Due to some new law, we are unable to submit our credit card transactions until a new legal document is sent to us for signature. We've been waiting a week for this document. Meanwhile, we are shut out.

We've been using Paperless for close to 2 years.
