To follow the canadian tax rules, we need to know the total amount that was receipted and the total amount that was not receipted. These numbers go into separate fields on the T3010 Charity Return. Not everyone will get a receipt and not all funds are receiptable so some people will get a receipt for less than was given. What I am looking for is a listing of all people that are getting receipts with their names & numbers and the amount of each receipt and, possibly, the amount that was not receipted with totals. I don't see such a report in PC+. Is it possible to create a report with this type of data?
I also see that the "tax Receipt" is merely a report that can change after the "tax receipt" is issued - which should never happen. If there is a correction required a new receipt (with a different number or that has the word "amended" on it) must be issued. How do we do that?
