I have version 8.5. My Board of Directors wants to print the contributions statements out with pictures and thank you notes incorporated in them. Is this possible with a later version of the software? Maybe it is possible with my version and I don't know it?

Exactly how would the Directors expect the pictures to be shown? What kind of 'thank you note' are they expecting to use ??

FWIW ... later versions of Powerchurch (currently at version 10.4), do not have the capability to add pictures to the report. As far as a 'thank you note', the report does have the capability to add a note that prints on all the reports.

If you look at some of the big charities, you see that they can incorporate the dollar amount of the donation into a thank you letter. Also, we have donors who support school children. It would be nice to incorporate pictures of school children in them. These types of things increase our fundraising ability.
Perhaps this would be a suggestion for a future version of the software.
