No transaction detail line found

I am getting an error message, when posting contributiion, of "No transaction detail line found". I know the
entered date of the transaction, and the Contributions date. How do I view/edit the transaction's to enter the transaction detail line? Thanks, Gene

Gene,
are you getting this error when you post within Contributions, or when you post the transactions from Contributions within Funds Accounting ??
If this is happening in Funds Accounting, then you would use the
Modify Unposted Transactions function.
That said, I'm not sure how this error would come out of Contributions, as the Contribution Fund setup requires a Funds Accounting account entered for debit and credit accounts.
More detail on when/where the error is occurring would help.
