We export a file of our envelope numbers to our envelope company quarterly. I've inherited this task from someone who was able to exclude certain envelope numbers within the envelope sequence (for instance, we select envelope numbers 70-400 but number 388 is not on the list and that number is an active contributor who does not want envelopes).

How do I exclude envelope numbers within a sequence from being included on the export file?

I don't believe there is a way to exclude a certain number from the range selection.

Normally, what people do is to use a range of numbers for those with physical envelopes and a higher number range for those that do not have physical envelopes.

Well, that's what I thought but I have a few numbers that are not included in the export file and I cannot figure out why. I've looked at their personal profiles, family membership, etc. and I can't find an answer.

Do you think I have a database problem?
