Contributors Who Have Not Pledged Report

We just began a building program and I wanted to see those who had contributed for the last two months that were not pledgers.

I have one number for pledgers #509
and a different number for non-pledgers, visitors, etc. #510

When I run this report for just #510, I get the list for everyone who has ever contributed but not pledged....present and past.

I can pull up an envelope range, but the date range does not help. It still lists everyone.

Am I misreading the intent of the title.

If I need to, I can create a custom report.
