In v11 I am attempting to email the year end statements. I am getting the following error on the very first email.
Program: bulkmail send
Line: 153
Error: 1925
Message: Unknown member OMSG
After which the program crashes.
I have set the email settings to 50 at a time every 10 minutes.

Tom,
have you tried sending out anything else besides the statements, such as a notice to members about someone ill in the congregation ?? This may help narrow down the problem to a specific area in the email routines .

This is currently the only thing we use the bulk mailing for. Have been using it with no problems in V10.4 to email quarterly statements. I just tried to email a single statement to myself and it worked fine.

Single statement emails do not go thru the PC+ email routines, they actually use Outlook to send the email. You would need to send out more than 1 to trigger the email routine.

We are able to reproduce this problem here and will get a solution for it out soon.

Apparently as a result of several attempts to email the statements my email provider - Comcast - has reset my SMTP to authentication and port 587 probably thinking spaming is going on from here. I can not seem to figure out how to resolve this with PowerChurch. Is there somewhere within PC+ to set the port number?

Just figured it out. Used the help file DAH. Where I should have started.
