emailed statements V11

I just emailed the quarterly giving statements and had an interesting thing happen. One of the statements came back because of a bad email address, the only problem is that it never should have been emailed to it. There are two family members with the same envelope number and only one has the email statements box checked, but it mailed a statement to both addresses. The only reason I found out was because of the bad one. Email statement is not checked on the Integrated Data Entry page. It is only checked on one of the profiles assigned to the number. Seems like a bug to me unless I am missing something.
