Can you provide any more details about the crash? Do you get an error message? Does the program close? What step of the process are you on, etc.

It would happen when it was loading the report for viewing. There was an error message, and the program closed, and sent a notification to Microsoft. I did not look at the details of the message. I did select to print statements with no contributions.

Some additional info would help:

1. How much RAM do you have in the computer ??
2. What else is running at the same time, if anything ??
3. All you're trying to do is view the report, not print it, correct ??
4. Have you tried running regular statements, with no filtering for <i>zero contributions</i> ??

We are running through a network. Nothing else was running - not even on the main computer. Twice the crash happened when it was just loading. Once it crashed when I tried to view "page 2". the computer is beefed up - I use it to make movies. It did seem to work better without the "zero contributions."

What printer is the default printer on the computer that has the problem?

Can you change this to another printer? Even if you install the HP Laser Jet III to the File: port and make it the default when you start PowerChurch. Does the error happen with this or another printer as the default?

This sounds oddly familiar......sounds like the same thing that was happening when running the Family Forms in the Membership module. I don't think that one was ever resolved.

It could be very similar. It is being researched. Some changes have been implemented for the family form, though it does not look to have solved this.
