I just had a problem sending out an Individual Statement. Composed everything and when I clicked Finish all appeared to be fine, however I did not see the envelope number and recipient show up on the screen. When I checked the report I got a sent status with no subject in the subject line and no information listing a successfully sent to server. I decided to try using just the one envelope number thru the All Contribution Statements selection and everything worked fine.
I tried the individual selection again - sending to myself - I got the same result as the first time. On the next try it worked ok however.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I guess it must be unique to me.

Is it possible one of the email addresses in the profiles which contain that envelope number is invalid?

husband (directory sequence 01) has valid@mail.com
wife (directory sequence 02) has nonvalidemail
or
valid@mail.com;nonvalidemail
