Is it me... or has something unexpected happened to the Funds Report?
Last week (and all of last year), the report generated these columns:
Fund # / Description / Amount / CR Acct
Today, the report omits the CR Acct data.
As far as I can tell (and I operate by using pretty detailed checklists to keep from losing my place when interrupted), I'm doing everything EXACTLY the way I've always done it. But, maybe I have done something different....
I select Unposted Data; define the range of dates for the contribution date (e.g., from: January 09, 2011 to: January 09, 2011); and include all contribution funds.

Re: Funds Report anomaly
The Fund Descriptions report is the only one I know of in Contributions that will show you the accounts.
Re: Funds Report anomaly
Yep, the Contribution Funds Report has never shown the Accounting account numbers. Perhaps you were running a custom report ??

Re: Funds Report anomaly
Could you have been using the printed report option when posting? That report shows an amount and the debit and credit accounts setup in maintain list of contribution funds.

Ah, well - this is one of those "Boy! Is my face red!" situationsZorak wrote:The Fund Descriptions report is the only one I know of in Contributions that will show you the accounts.

I use the Funds Report exported as an Excel file and modified by a macro to suit my purposes. I've been doing this for so long that it has just become automatic. Part of what the macro does is insert the CR account number for the 3 usual contribution funds that show up every week. Today, for some reason (be kind, now!) I had a mental lapse and thought it was the Funds Report that was providing the CR Acct data, forgetting that it was coded in my own macro! As I said....
